This 1970’s home was given a modern upgrade. The homeowner designed the renovation and acted as the general contractor. The concrete was poured by Mike McDonald. Mike provided a quality substrate for us to work from. Control joints were added to mitigate cracks due to shrinkage, a common occurrence. This home is an example of impeccable taste and the floors needed to match. The majority of the floors were exposed to a salt and pepper finish while the bathroom was seeded with Bombay Gin glass and exposed to a pleasing terrazzo finish.
